ISP traces are conducted routinely to keep members limited to one account. In the event that an ISP trace reveals more than one account on "Fakersbusted.com", all profiles on "Fakersbusted.com" matching that ISP will be banned.

You agree that “FakersBusted.com” have the right to remove, edit, or close any profile, comment or forum topic at any time deemed necessary by the owner of "FakersBusted.com" or any staff.

You agree that "FakersBusted.com" is a faker related website. The term "faker" means anyone who uses pictures of another person and makes claim to be the person depicted in the photo's. Anyone who uses pictures of another person and claims it to be that of themselves is not welcome here and if it is determined, at anytime, that you are responsible for any fake profile on any website, your membership will be terminated immediately from all area's of "FakersBusted.com"

Furthermore you agree that in the event you are found to be faking, legitimate proof must be posted on our forums. If a fake profile can be connected to you by ISP or email address, that any member, moderator, or administrator may post your email addresses and ISP in public area's as proof that your are faking and you agree to hold all members, moderators, administrators and owners of "FakersBusted.com" harmless from civil, libel or criminal prosecution for posting such information.

You agree that all area's of "FakersBusted.com" are protected by copyright laws of the United States of America and that you will not reproduce or copy any area of "FakersBusted.com" in whole or in part or reproduce or retransmit it in any way. This includes Photographs, Salutes, Videos, Faker lists, Forum Topics, and Forum Posts.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate, username changes are not permitted.

You agree to never give your password out to another person. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

You agree to provide accurate profile information and agree to only upload images, audio and video that depict you and were made by you.

Any profile information or media that you provide is at your sole discretion, do not post any contact information that you do not want others knowing.

You also agree not to post any copyrighted material in any area of "FakersBusted.com" unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on all areas of "FakersBusted.com".

Any information the owner of "FakersBusted.com" or any staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.
